The call-out fee is R500. That covers the technician coming to your home anywhere in Gauteng and doing a full on-site diagnosis. Once they have found the fault, you get a clear price for the repair before any work starts.
Everything is done on site at your home. The technician brings the common spares, diagnoses the fault in front of you and, in most cases, fixes it on the same visit. There is no need to disconnect or transport anything.
