The R500 call-out and diagnosis fee applies if the repair does not proceed or the appliance cannot be repaired. If you accept the quoted repair, the call-out fee is waived and you pay the agreed repair price.
Everything is done on site at your home. The technician brings the common spares, diagnoses the fault in front of you and, in most cases, fixes it on the same visit. There is no need to disconnect or transport anything.
